After working as a CEO for almost 20 years, Jouni Heinonen, Senior Advisor and Co-founder of Rohjeta Advisors, felt the need to update his knowledge and skills around business and management, and to develop himself as a leader.
The internationality of Henley Business School and the Executive MBA (EMBA) programme were one of his key drivers to embark on the Henley EMBA. He especially appreciated the mixture of theory and practice in the programme. The assignments were challenging but they really helped him to combine theory and practice.
One of the key learnings for Jouni from the programme is the ability to reflect, to really understand who he is a leader including his strengths and weaknesses.

Join us for an interactive and thought-provoking session with Dr Chris Dalton to explore the topic of leading with purpose. Purpose is belief in what you are doing. Connecting with and maintaining this belief is one of the most challenging and important tasks in leadership.
