Anne Whellams (Head of Board)
F-Innova Associates Oy
Anne Whellams is a visionary and experienced health and social care development expert. She is an owner and Managing Director of F-Innova Associates Oy, a management consultancy with special focus on public sector transformation. She is particularly interested in new ways of working to support health and social care integration and joint working between public, third and private sectors, to develop accessible, customer focused and high quality services that deliver sustainable value for public spending. Anne has over 25-years of health and social care experience and for the last fourteen years she has worked primarily as an entrepreneur both in Finland and in the UK. Anne has a clinical background and her academic background is in Health Studies. She graduated with distinction from Henley Business School with an MBA in September 2016.
Pia is currently Director, Employee Communications at Fiskars Group. Pia is an experienced communications professional with an extensive background in corporate communications, mainly in large, stock listed companies. Pia’s experience stretches over both internal and external communications. Transparent, authentic and courageous corporate communication is what drives Pia at her work and she has a special interest in corporate culture and its impact. She gets energy from succeeding together as well as self-development. Pia is M.Sc. Econ. (Aalto University, prev. Helsinki School of Economics) and has the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC).
Sari Grenman is currently working as Head of Compliance, Operational risks & Security in Ålandsbanken. She is also member of the Management Team of the bank’s Swedish operations. Sari holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and has studied international and EEC law in England as part of her law studies. She has also graduated from Henley Business School with an MBA degree. Sari has over 20 years of professional experience from finance and banking which she has gained while working as a legal counsel, compliance and risk specialist in consultancy, private equity as well as banking businesses. She has also done attorney-at-law exam and worked in one of the biggest Attorneys-at-Law firm in Finland. Sari values lifelong learning.
Boyden Executive Search
Jan Gustafsson is Managing Partner at Boyden Executive Search. He has extensive know-how in industrial, manufacturing, and construction as well as working with private equity investors, and brings functional expertise in general management, strategy, law and human resources. From before joining Boyden, Jan has more than 20 years of experience in leading international organisations in sales, manufacturing, and support functions such as HR, IT, strategy and development. He also has long experience as a member of corporate management teams in both listed and private equity owned corporations. Ulla Keino is acting as Commercial Director of the business unit Trade Facilitation and After Sales Services at Ahlers, she is nowadays based in Russia. She also owns a company called SeaFocus, which is a specialist in maritime logistics match making and customer innovation by its Intelligence Hunt innovation ecosystem. Ulla is a highly experienced and recognised specialist in generating new business concepts involving different industries and cultures. Her main interest is in finding synergies for her own strong network of clients, specialists and mentors in Europe, Russia and the APAC areas. Ulla finds opportunities even in the biggest challenges and thrives working with people that understand the meaning of true partnership and enjoy joint success stories. She has a special interest in supply and value chain leadership, and special expertise in international top level project and international sponsorship management.
CSC – IT Centre for Science
Tiina Kupila-Rantala works as Vice Managing Director at CSC – IT Centre for Science Ltd. She has over 15 years of experience in leading a specialist organisation in the area of high-performance computing and digitalisation of the Finnish research and education system. Tiina is also a member of the national steering committee of Open Science. Tiina’s passion is to empower an organisation to perform at its best. She is skilled in strategic planning and execution, business process design and optimisation, business transformation and change management as well as public-private partnering. Tiina holds a PhD (physics) from the University of Helsinki and an Executive MBA from Henley Business School.
Harri Leinikka is CEO and founder of the evidence-based reputation advisory T-Media Oy. He engages in strategic reputation and relationship management, with extensive knowledge in data-driven decision making and stakeholder relations. Earlier in his career, Harri has worked for the Economic Information Office in Finland as a member of the leadership team and has been a member of the board at Infor. Harri has advised and helped dozens of Finnish stock-listed companies and other major organisations in enhancing their reputation and driving their stakeholder trust. Harri holds an M.Sc (Tech) from the Helsinki University of Technology and is currently writing the Management Research Challenge of his Executive MBA studies at Henley Business School.
Mia Mantere works currently in a Senior Consultant role at UNA Ltd. Mia has 20 years experience in the ICT industry and she has held several positions at CGI, HP and Fujitsu, as well as at local non-listed companies. Her roles have included account management, business development and strategy. Mia also has solid experience in solution design and continuous development. The possibility to make a difference for the customer motivates her and she is passionate about building trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders and has succeeded in building long term relations in complex and demanding environments. Mia is currently finalising her Executive MBA studies at Henley Business School. Her Management Research Challenge focuses on SIAM, Service Integration and Management, strategy in selected Social and Welfare ICT-services.
Henley Business School, Germany
Christoph Raudonat is the Director of Henley Business School in Germany. He looks back at almost 20 years in international management positions including a position as Board Member at the European Society of Association Executives. Apart from engaging himself to develop adequate tools for future strategies and integrated leadership, he is specialised in integrated management approaches, organisational behaviour and facilitation at industry events as well as board & leadership meetings. Always looking to learn more, he is currently researching on the Henley DBA. Christoph obtained his Henley Executive MBA in 2013, is a Henley-certified executive coach and represents the Finnish alumni on the International Alumni Board.
