Sari has over 20 years of professional experience from finance and banking which she has gained while working as a legal counsel, compliance and risk specialist in consultancy, private equity as well as banking businesses. She has also done attorney-at-law exam and worked in one of the biggest Attorneys-at-Law firm in Finland. Sari values lifelong learning of something new.

Jan Gustafsson is Partner at Boyden Executive Search. He has extensive know-how in industrial, manufacturing, and construction as well as working with private equity investors, and brings functional expertise in general management, strategy, law and human resources. Tiina Kupila-Rantala works as Vice Managing Director at CSC – IT Centre for Science Ltd., a non-profit special-task company owned by the State of Finland and Finnish universities. She has over 15 years of experience in leading a specialist organisation whose scope ranges from computational science to long-term preservation of digital cultural heritage and nationwide education management services. She belongs to the secretariat, nominated by the Ministry of the Education and Culture, that envisage how digitalisation and artificial intelligence could support the future development of the Finnish universities. Tiina is also in charge of the strategy and business development work package of the European Commission project “Integrating and managing services for the European Open Science Cloud”, consisting of 76 European partners. Tiina’s passion is to empower an organisation to perform at its best. She is skilled in strategic and business planning, public-private partnering as well as operations development and management. Tiina has a PhD in applied nuclear physics from the University of Helsinki in 1997 and an Executive MBA from Henley Business School in 2009.
Harri Leinikka is CEO and founder of the evidence-based reputation advisory T-Media Oy. He engages in strategic reputation and relationship management, with extensive knowledge in data-driven decision making and stakeholder relations. Earlier in his career, Harri has worked for the Economic Information Office in Finland as a member of the leadership team and has been a member of the board at Infor. Harri has advised and helped dozens of Finnish stock-listed companies and other major organisations in enhancing their reputation and driving their stakeholder trust. Harri holds an M.Sc (Tech) from the Helsinki University of Technology and is currently writing the Management Research Challenge of his Executive MBA studies at Henley Business School.
Mia Mantere is an Account Executive at Wakaru Oy, a privately-owned management consulting services company. Mia has over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry. She has held several positions at CGI, HP and Fujitsu, as well as at local non-listed companies. Her roles have included account management, business development and strategy. She also has solid experience in solution design and continuous development. The possibility to make a difference for the customer motivates Mia. She is passionate about building trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders and has succeeded in building long term relations in complex and demanding environments. Mia is currently finalising her Executive MBA studies at Henley Business School. She has truly enjoyed collaborating in the international network, especially the aspect of learning from others.

Christoph Raudonat is the Director of Associations at ICS Ltd., a Vancouver-based professional congress organiser and association management company. In his job, he works with boards of professional associations to foster organisational awareness and to address relevant roles of management appropriately. Christoph looks back at over 15 years in international management positions including a position as Board Member at the European Society of Association Executives. Apart from engaging himself to develop adequate tools for future strategies and integrated leadership, he is specialised in integrated management approaches, organisational behaviour and facilitation at industry events, board & leadership meetings. Always looking to learn more, he plans to still obtain the Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching as well as the Henley DBA.
