Henley Business School will examine the world of robots, artificial intelligence, changing work patterns and essential skills required in tomorrow’s workplace. We will explore how business education can help shape the future to meet the needs of employers.

Top speakers in the conference

As in the previous World of Work conferences, we have a huge range of speakers from various industries:

  • Perry Timms, Founder & Chief Energy Officer at PTHR and Sarah Rourke, Careers Consultant at Henley Business School will bring up things like “How to make this future hell turn to recruitment heaven”.
  • Professor Emeritus Ginny Gibson from Henley Business School will speak about the change and challenges in corporate workplaces.
  • Danielle Harmer from MetroBank will open the acute questions on the skills and behaviours needed at works in future.
  • We will also hear about artificial intelligence and machine learning by Dr Giuseppe DiFatta, Head of Computer Science at University of Reading.

One highlight of the day will be a lively panel discussion on diversity in the future of work. The discussion will be hosted by Dr Claire Collins, Director of D&I at Henley Business School and the panellists will be Dr Shaheena Janjuha Jivraj, Associate Professor in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Henley Business School, Ben Ellis, Director EMEA Business Sales at Amazon, and Hanna Naima McCloskey at Fearless Futures

This thought provoking day will leave you discussing and debating the future of work through informative talks and immersive workshops. The conference is hosted by Naeema Pasha, Director of Henley Careers.
