Building on the momentum and success of the past three years of Henley World of Work conferences, we are running a virtual fringe festival, WOW: WTF (What the Fringe?), this September!
WOW WTF?
WOW: What the Fringe? is a free event for all and we will be keeping the fun and spirit of the past WOW events and creating a festival-vibe including live entertainment. The event is spread over three days – Tuesday, 8 September, Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September 2020 – consisting of short and sharp snapshots of interesting topics, 20-minute speaker slots within 1,5 hour events.
Our main overarching theme is “the acceleration of the future of work” from COVID-19. It has changed the world and how we work – and has uncovered inequalities, ways of working, and created new opportunities for organisations. We can argue that the future of work is right here, right now. Some of the topics include:
- engaging virtual teams and monitoring wellbeing with tech
- misinformation/fake news
- anti-vaxxers and the effect on the workforce
- using AI for good
- how AI (and AR) are democratising creativity in the workplace
The webinars will be run on 8, 9 and 10 September at 17:00 – 18:30. You can choose if you’d like to attend one, two or all of them.
This is set to be a fun, vibrant and engaging series of webinars, to help you understand how the world of work is changing and what we need to do next.
The event is free of charge.
