How should we evaluate and reward performance in a year like 2020 and beyond? How do we drive necessary business performance, whilst empathising with the daily challenges our people are experiencing – working from home, caring responsibilities, home schooling, sickness and even bereavement? How do people managers support people to perform at their best?
Leaders, managers and employees are all looking more than ever towards HR for valid answers.
Join Nick Kemsley, Executive Fellow at Henley Business School, as he explores how last year is challenging the fundamental questions on managing performance whilst balancing work life with personal circumstances. And he’ll present some good ways in which businesses have been addressing this.
During this 45-minute webinar with Q&A time at the end, you’ll learn more about how to drive and manage performance in the ongoing disruptive climate and be confident that your people will feel treated fairly.
Nick will discuss how you – as HR experts – can find the right answers for your organisation when it comes to balancing employee engagement, people performance and wellbeing.
If you can’t make it, please sign up, and we’ll send you the recording.
