Webinar: LAZY coach – Masterful coaching - Henley Business School Finland

Webinar: LAZY coach – Masterful coaching

Join us on Tuesday, 21 January 2020 for our coaching webinar ’LAZY coach – Masterful coaching’!

How much do you work in your coaching sessions? Are you lazy enough as a coach? Being LAZY is not a quality that one should be proud of, yet when you use it in coaching context it can carry a different meaning.

The LAZY coaching model does not speak for all coach competencies, though it shows the mindset and behaviour of an experienced coach.

LAZY stands for:
L – Listening
A – Attention, Awareness building, Acknowledgement, Ambiguity
Z – Zest
Y – You, coaching is all about YOU, the client

The LAZY model can also be applied in the workplace to be used by managers to support coaching style leadership.

Who should attend?

Attend this webinar if you are interested in developing your coaching style and wanting to reflect on your attitude.

Coach minded managers, from beginner to experienced coaches will find this session useful.

The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
