How can you stay out of your client’s way so they can find their own unique and creative answers? Join us on Tuesday, 19 January 2021 for our coaching webinar ’Clean language for coaches’ to find out!
What is it about?
How can you stay out of your client’s way so they can find their own unique and creative answers? Clean language is a coaching approach that reduces unconscious bias through questions ‘cleansed’ of the coach’s own perspective and opinion.
This event will demonstrate how these simple questions quickly transport the coachee to a deeper, more creative state of awareness, from where they can use their inner imagination to construct new understandings and make changes. You will take away a checklist for being more ‘clean’ and a simple set of clean language questions to use at the beginning, middle and end of a coaching session.
Who should attend?
This event is suitable for coaches of all abilities and experience. For the novice it provides a framework to stay non-directive and ask skillful questions. For the experienced coach it can provide a refreshingly simple (yet not easy) style of coaching to complement other tools and techniques already in use. The only requirement is that you must be prepared to let go of your own map of the world and welcome other perspectives.
The fee for the webinar is £30 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
