Henley Business School is bringing a world-class boardroom skills programme for board professionals and management team members to Finland!

The 2.5-day Boardroom Skills programme, delivered by Professor Andrew Kakabadse, will give you a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to become an effective board member. The programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge to create high-performing boards in global and complex environments.

During the programme, participants will work on real cases benefiting from Professor Kakabadse’s extensive experience and knowledge of board behaviour globally. The programme will also provide them with additional insight into their own board scenarios.

The Boardroom Skills programme is for current board members and individuals who have ambitions of becoming a board professional. Individuals who work with boards including management team members and company secretaries will also benefit from the programme.
