What if emotions were not invaders to be overcome? What if, instead, they were scouts, providing critical intelligence about the world around us? At the heart of this webinar is the simple idea that feelings should be harnessed instead of fought against.
In this webinar, Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener will tackle the thorny issue of emotions as it relates to coaching. He will begin by tracing the long history of human thought on the nature of emotion. He will then present scientific research and theory but will primarily ground his presentation in coaching application. Participants can expect a discussion of how the information presented might be tailored to suit a variety of coaching contexts.
Who should attend?
This webinar is appropriate for novice and master coaches alike. Although we will be discussing emotions in the context of coaching, the material is equally relevant to and useful for those working in HR, management and leadership, education, and consultancy.
The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
