Webinar: Meaning – the must-have ingredient for effective coaching - Henley Business School Finland

Webinar: Meaning – the must-have ingredient for effective coaching

Join us on Tuesday 16 June 2020 for our coaching webinar on ‘Meaning – the must-have ingredient for effective coaching’.

What is it about?

Is there one human experience that stands above all others as integral to successful coaching? After almost 39 years working to support people to recover, change and thrive, and 15 years as an executive coach, Anthony Eldridge-Rogers says ‘Yes’.

In this interactive webinar he will take participants (who will be given a pre-webinar document to complete) through the four steps of his meaning-centred coaching (MCC) model, which they will be able to use in their coaching practice, whatever the coaching context.

He will also show, using case studies, how the steps of the MCC model can be used by anyone willing to integrate it into their management skills.

Who should attend?

Any coach who is working with individuals and / or teams. Just as values are universal to all kinds of people, the aim of living a life of meaning is relevant in all coaching relationships, whatever the coaching objectives.

The same applies for those professionals in HR and managing teams where individual and group meaning influence performance and outcomes.

The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
