Online masterclass: The fastest way to change is to stand still

Who you want to become is already present in who you are. Come and learn how to travel lighter, coach with more ease and be more radically present to your clients on their change journeys.

What is the masterclass about?

What if our efforts to help our clients change are actually slowing them down?

In this online masterclass with Dr. David Drake, we will use the narrative coaching model, integrative development theory and Vygotsky’s work on zones of proximal development to explore what clients actually need from us and what this means for how we coach them. Through guided activities you will experience the liberating potential in standing still.

Who should attend?

The session would be most valuable for practitioners with at least an intermediate level of experience, including those who coach, those who design/deliver development programmes and those who work in the mental health/healthcare spaces. While there is a robust academic foundation for the material covered in this programme, the session is highly experiential in nature and would appeal to those who like to engage this way.

This is an invitation for all who are ready to leave labels and boxes behind to free themselves up to have more impact for their clients.

The fee for the masterclass is £90 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni and Coaching Centre members).
