MasterClass: Coaching for transformation - Henley Business School Finland

MasterClass: Coaching for transformation

85% of change initiatives in organisations fail because leaders focus on the wrong things and don’t understand what it really takes for people to change their behaviour and beliefs. How can we create change and ultimately transform the way people think, behave, perform and interact with others?

Coaching has long been recognised as an effective vehicle to enhance leadership impact and achieve business success. In this MasterClass, Aboodi Shabi, Lecturer in Coaching and Behavioural Change, will outline the relevance and application of coaching in impactful learning and organisational transformation, as well as share some background and information about The Henley Centre of Coaching.

Professor Alison Hardingham, Executive Professor and Lead Tutor for the Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching, will then explore the psychology and neuroscience of coaching, and introduce evidence-based tools and techniques to support change and transformation.

You will leave this MasterClass having explored what coaching really means and how to coach effectively. You will also have been invited to reflect on what is really going on in an honest, business-changing conversation. And, you will have extended your understanding of coaching beyond the skilful application of technique to the psychology of relationship and the neuroscience.

This MasterClass is for managers and leaders interested in coaching and the human aspect of change.
