Life Design: Navigating the chaos

Have you ever noticed that often it feels like the world is moving around you?

Career decisions you make are dependent on a huge variety of factors, and quite often influenced by happenstance. 70% of people state that a chance event significantly changed their career – sometimes small decisions have profound outcomes. We need to be able to thrive in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world of work – and the COVID-19 pandemic has certainly highlighted these challenges. How do we move forward?

Using Design Thinking principles and applying it to life and your career journey, this session will: ignite your curiosity, explore dynamic capabilities and creative thinking methods, and ultimately help enable you to take responsibility of your own career in times of extreme change.
