Join us for an interactive session led by Dr Chris Dalton, Associate Professor of Management Learning and module convener for Personal Development, to explore the concept of leadership. Replicating the learning environment of a typical workshop on the Henley Executive MBA, the session will be an interactive dialogue that uses the experience of those attending to frame the discussion of a relevant management question.
We will look at how we can process past experience, current thinking and critical analysis to work out new options in real-world management issues. The emphasis will be on reflection and questions rather than transmission and answers. No preparation is required – just an open mind.
