This taster session will give you an opportunity to experience a typical EMBA – Global workshop. The session How do tech entrepreneurs make international business decisions?, led by Dr Peder Greve, will outline how CEOs of fast-growing technology companies probe international markets and explore opportunities to go global. In the session, we will briefly introduce a selection of core international business decision-making tools and use examples from consulting projects that Henley MBA students have recently delivered to international tech entrepreneurs as part of the EMBA – Global International Business module.
You will be able to experience the typical learning dynamics of an EMBA – Global workshop including interactive discussions and group work and get to meet potential other students on the programme.

Dr Peder Greve is Associate Professor in International Business at Henley Business School and Module Convenor for International Business in the Henley MBA. He joined Henley Business School in 2014 after graduating with a PhD in International Management from the University of St. Gallen. His teaching and research experience spans nine countries across Africa, Europe, and North America.
Throughout his academic career, Peder has worked closely with business practitioners. He has advised companies on topics ranging from international market entry to diversity management at multinational enterprises. His academic research examines the composition of leadership teams and how CEOs and top managers impact company strategy and performance. Peder’s research has been published in major journals in the fields of strategy, leadership, and international business, including Journal of Management, The Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of World Business.
