We’ve learned so much in our lifetimes, from our parents, teachers, peers, work, managers, and families. When it comes to coaching, prior learning is not always useful. We need to unlearn some mindsets and skillsets to make way for new ones that enable you to think in new ways.
We’ll cover:
• scripts our parents taught us
• beliefs we learned from school
• habits we learned at work
• practices we learned from our coaching training
…that we need to unlearn to be a great coach.
This taster session will leave you wondering what else you need to unlearn to be a great coach!
Who Should Attend?
Coaches (at any stage of their development) who want to sharpen their edge.
The fee for the webinar is £30 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
The speaker: Clare Norman

Clare Norman is a veteran coach of over 20 years, both internal and external. As a mentor coach for the ICF, she has observed hundreds of hours of coaching and has noticed patterns of behaviours which do not advance the coaching partnership; habits that stem from our previous relationships. She is working towards her Master Certified Coach credential and unlearning many of her own habits to become the best coach she can be.
“Clare is knowledgeable, engaging and inspiring. She offered a great distinction between mentor coaching and supervision and demonstrated a wonderful commitment to supporting fellow coaches to gain an ICF credential and even more importantly helping them become transformational coaches.”
