The speaker: Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy

Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Registered Mentor Coach, EMCC Master Practitioner and Accredited SUPERvisor (ESIA), and an Agile Certified Coach.
Clare is passionate about co-creating positive transformation in partnership with people and organisations. Her work spans culture transformation, systemic executive, team and board coaching, bespoke leadership development, consulting, instructional design, harnessing equality and diversity, psychometric profiling and research.
Clare has worked internally and externally across sectors globally, including Fortune 100s, within talent development, systemic executive, group, team and board coaching, while also training, mentor coaching and supervising coaches. She has designed her own #CoachME coaching model and resources which have been translated into over 25 languages. She is Level A and B with the British Psychological Society.
