Description
What does it take to become a coaching supervisor? Rather than an extension of a master coach skill set, we will propose that it requires a shift in mindset. We will share a framework of the seven principles of a coaching supervision mindset (inspired by Peter Bluckert’s work). As a supervisor, we will invite you to consider how congruent this espoused mindset is with your own practice. As a coach, we will invite you to enquire about this mindset when seeking a supervisor yourself. The framework is the subject of ongoing research and we welcome your feedback.
Who Should Attend?
Supervisors, coaches and any other helping practitioner interested in reflective practice.
