Coaching works. Most organisations have successfully transformed the attitudes and behaviours of employees who participate in coaching. And we know that those transformations have had a positive impact on those organisations. But how do we demonstrate that impact to our organisations?
To grow and retain coaching budgets, we need to demonstrate, in black-and-white, on paper, exactly how valuable coaching is to organisations.
In this session, we will talk in-depth about the coaching ROI; how, when and why to measure it. We will illustrate how measurement, including financial, comes to life in a case study.
Who should attend?
Any coach who is working with individuals and any individual who runs coaching programmes within an organisation.
The fee for the webinar is £90 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni and Coaching Centre members).
