Questions and discussion often dominate coaching. But if actions speak louder than words, why do so many coaches rely on talk to bring about change? Join us on Tuesday, 26 January 2021 for our coaching online masterclass ‘Catalysing change through chairwork’ to find out!
What is it about?
In this interactive and experiential masterclass, participants will be introduced to the practice of chairwork: a collection of action-based, experiential interventions, and one of the most powerful methods available to coaches.
This online masterclass will use didactic teaching, self-practice, case examples and live demonstrations to illustrate the principles and processes of chairwork, its core techniques and ways of enhancing coaching practice. Delegates will have a rare opportunity to learn, witness and experience chairwork from the inside out.
Who should attend?
This masterclass is suitable for individuals with an interest in coaching (including trainees) or those practising coaching, either professionally or in their current role.
The fee for the webinar is £90 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni and Coaching Centre members).
