Has the time come for us to examine what could or should future leadership be? How can we prepare for a new era of leadership?
A fairer world is something everyone should be striving for, and yet at times it can feel so out of reach. Especially for organisations, its members and managers as their custodians this can be an overwhelming question in current times. With many demands from all areas of society, fairness has never been more pressing a goal. Instead of feeling daunted, we believe that this is a chance for us to ask ‘Leadership for what?’ on the journey towards a fairer world.
Join us for our online event to hear from Dr Caroline Rook and Dr Chris Dalton how they think about leadership for a fairer world and discuss what future leadership could or should be. The session is interactive and Caroline and Chris will give the attendees some input, and then facilitate a joint discussion.
