Saara Karhula appointed as Business Development Executive

Saara Karhula (M.Sc., B.Ed.), executive consultant and coach, has been appointed as Business Development Executive at Henley Business School Finland as of 1 March 2023. In this role she will focus on developing both customised solutions and open programs for leadership development and supporting Henley’s customers for high-impact, sustainable growth. 

Before joining Henley, she has over 20 years of experience in leadership and talent development, coaching and solution business development, sales and account management as well as leadership positions. “Our goal is to be the most trusted partner human-centric and sustainable leadership. Saara’s outstanding competences and experience will help us to make a leap towards this ambition.” says Paula Kilpinen, Director, Executive Education, for Henley Business School Finland.
