Leading Edge: The inclusion trap: when being at the table's not enough

Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj describes herself as a ‘disruptor with a purpose’. In this episode, she disrupts and reshapes some of our thinking about diversity.

It can be hard to bring about change so there must be a clear reason for people to start changing their behaviours. In this episode, Shaheena considers the use of quotas and targets, resilience, and the relationship between diversity, innovation, and financial success.

Listen to Shaheena’s episode to hear her discuss these topics:

  • Introducing pluralism – what is it?
  • Thinking diversely
  • Helping the ‘thinking shift’ and bringing about change for the future
