Welcome to the Henley 5 o'clock tea - Henley Business School Finland

Welcome to the Henley 5 o'clock tea

The 5 o’clock tea is a new series of online get-togethers for Henley alumni to connect with peers and discuss selected topics.

You will have the possibility to discuss current issues that we are facing as people, businesses and society; and spend time to network.

The first 5 o’clock tea will take place on 3 June 2020, hosted by Anne Whellams, Head of Alumni Board in Finland, and Annu Matula, Managing Director of Henley Business School in Finland. Join us to explore the needs of our alumni community in Finland during and after the times of COVID-19; and tell us what you would like to hear about and discuss during the future 5 o’clock tea sessions.

The second 5 o’clock tea is scheduled for 16 June 2020 focusing on communication during crises and will be hosted by Pia Friberg, Director, Employee Communications at Fiskars Group, and Jirimiko Oranen, CEO and Partner of T-Media Relations.

Pour yourself a tea, or beverage of your choice, and join us for an informal online get-together of Henley alumni!

Leader in spotlight: Pia Aaltonen-Forsell, CFO

  • 7 heinä 2023
Pia Aaltonen-Forsell is CFO of Outokumpu, the largest stainless steal producer in Europe. She does not have the most obvious background for a CFO: she is Master of Social Sciences in economics. She thinks that her background is a great asset, since as a CFO you need to understand the economy in general, not just business.

A different kind of afterwork?

Not a corporate presentation, yet interesting discussions on professional matters. Beer and wine for sure, but not just that.
