2016 Financial Times Executive MBA rankingit - Henley Business School Suomessa

European Business Schools Ranking 2019 places Henley 29th in Europe

We are delighted that the Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2019 sees Henley Business School retain and improve its place among the top 10 schools in the UK, as well as moving into the top 30 in Europe.

Henley has climbed to No.7 in the ranking of UK-based business schools, and is now placed at No.29 among European schools in the table, published today. We are also pleased to see our commitment to championing diversity and women in leadership reflected in the following positions:

  • No.1 in the UK and No.8 in Europe for % female full-time faculty (49%)
  • No.12 in the UK and No.28 in Europe for % international full-time faculty (57%)

The table is based on combined results from five individual programme-specific rankings published by the Financial Times earlier in the year; highlights of these include:

Masters in Management:

  • Improvement in all overall positions, placing in the UK top 10 and world top 70 programme providers (No.8 in the UK, No.57 in Europe and No.67 in the world)
  • No.4 in the UK for graduate career progress (No.13 in the world)
  • No.4 in the UK for career services (world top 30)

Executive Education:

  • No.4 in the UK, No.14 in Europe and No.27 in the world for open programmes
  • No.5 in the UK, No.17 in Europe and No.30 in the world for custom programmes
  • No.4 in the UK, No.14 in Europe and No.20 in the world for the combined ranking

Executive MBA:

  • Listed among the top 100 business schools in the world overall
  • Ranked in the top 20 in Europe for careers progress and % salary increase
  • First in the UK and Europe for percentage of female faculty and No.2 in the world

Professor John Board, Dean of Henley Business School, said: “We are pleased to see that our commitment to enhancing the quality and relevance of our programmes is reflected in our higher placings in the Financial Times ranking. In addition to improving our overall positions in the UK and Europe, this ranking recognises the diversity and international expertise of our faculty. By studying at Henley we equip our participants with the right knowledge and tools to lay the foundation stones on their journey to a successful career.”

This is the 16th annual Financial Times ranking of European business schools. It is a composite ranking based on performance across the five main rankings of programmes published by the Financial Times in 2019, combined: MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management and the two rankings of Executive Education programmes.
