WANTED: Programme and Administration Specialist

We are looking for a service and administration professional with a true passion for customer service, accounting and international event management. We hope you have a successfully completed degree in business administration or accounting, and a minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience. You will be located in our brand new office in Helsinki.

As Programme and Administration Specialist you will be part of a team of 10 people in Finland and your job is to support a wide range of programme administration activities. In addition, you will work in close cooperation with your peers at Henley Business School in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to gain experience in a truly international atmosphere surrounded by extremely valuable networks.

If you are interested in all kind of tasks in finance, administration and event organisation, and you have good knowledge of MS Office programmes with advanced skills in Excel plus you take responsibility of your own tasks, you are the person we are looking for. We also appreciate if you are passionate about customers, a good team player and accurate as well as get things done on agreed deadlines. Since we are an international business school, you need to be able to work fluently in Finnish and English.
