Henley Business School retains world-class positions in latest Economist ranking

Henley Business School maintained its strong standing as one of the world’s top 30 business schools in the 2016 Economist world ranking of full-time MBA programmes.

Of particular note were outstanding positions in the following key measures:

Potential to network – world number 1

As a result of a 70-year history of providing first-class business education, students and alumni benefit from potential engagement and opportunity with a network of 70,000 alumni across 150 countries. Henley’s international influence is underpinned by campuses and offices in 15 countries, most recently expanding with a new campus earlier this year in Malaysia.

Student quality – world number 5

Henley MBA participants have a quality and depth of work experience that adds real value to their own studies and to the achievements of their cohort. Practical application based on real world experience is an essential part of the learning experience at Henley.

Personal development and education experience – world number 10

This includes an appraisal of the quality of the programme content and the quality and diversity of the student body and faculty members. Personal development is embedded in the curriculum and supported by Henley Careers activities and initiatives for its students.

The Economist ranking is published 13 October 2016 and based on two surveys: school data reflecting the composition, diversity and quality of students, faculty and programme; plus an alumni and current participants’ survey that collects their evaluation of their MBA experience and its impact.
