Henley Business School - Economist - EMBA - ranking

New Economist survey ranks Henley EMBA highly

The Economist’s new EMBA ranking measures business schools on two broad criteria: personal development/educational experience and career development. These categories include the quality and diversity of students, the quality of the faculty, the percentage of students who receive a promotion after they graduate and the average salary increase graduates can expect. The data are a mixture of student-reported figures, student ratings and data provided by the schools and alumni.

In this ranking Henley is placed 45th in the world and 13th in Europe and best in the Nordic countries.

The results place Henley’s EMBA:

  • 10th in the world for the strength of its alumni network
  • 19th in the world for salary levels and increases
  • 28th in the world for student quality

Henley also ranks highly in other global surveys, across its portfolio of MBAs designed to match the individual’s personal and professional goals.

  • 7 heinä 2023
Pia Aaltonen-Forsell is CFO of Outokumpu, the largest stainless steal producer in Europe. She does not have the most obvious background for a CFO: she is Master of Social Sciences in economics. She thinks that her background is a great asset, since as a CFO you need to understand the economy in general, not just business.
