Join us on Tuesday, 5 February 2019 for our coaching webinar on an introduction to a strength-based approach to coaching in organisations.
The deficit approach to leadership development has failed to adequately prepare leaders for todayโs complex and challenging organisations. Strength-based approaches offer a new perspective and more effective methodology for developing leaders where strengths can be identified, developed and aligned with role and business challenges. However the strength-based approach is not without its critics and has been accused of ignoring weaknesses and developing lopsided leaders.
This webinar is aimed at those working in the area of leadership development including HR and L&D professionals and leaders who are interested in this approach.
The fee for the webinar is ยฃ25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
