Dr. Stephen Burt has been a coach and facilitator since 2002. His path as a coach has taken him through Gestalt, cognitiveโbehavioural and other coaching methodologies. It has led him to realise that a coachโs effectiveness is grounded in the quality of their listening.
He runs listening workshops for leaders and tests his own listening skills through performing jazz and comedy improvisation.
