Webinar: How does leadership impact work - Henley Business School Finland

Webinar: How does leadership impact work?

If leadership is the key to unlock performance, what is it unlocking? And how?

What is the webinar about?

During this webinar, Professor Carol Kauffman will share the latest in โ€˜darkโ€™ and โ€˜brightโ€™ leadership and will look at what leaders actually do to create positive or negative performance and well-being. We also look at it from the perspective of those being impacted. What factors buffer them from negative impact or make them more vulnerable?

Furthermore, weโ€™ll look at what research reveals about the most critical areas to focus on in coaching top leaders and their reports. How can we best help them? Weโ€™ll explore your own experiences as well.

Who should attend?

This webinar is particularly suitable for leadership coaches.

The fee for the webinar is ยฃ30 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
