Be tomorrow’s leader

The Henley Executive MBA โ€“ Global (EMBA) uniquely delivers proven leadership teaching with international insight. The programme will empower you to become an exceptional leader who thinks and acts with clarity, confidence and conviction. Personal and professional development are woven into the fabric of our EMBA degree.

During the studies, you will gain a profound understanding of yourself as well as clarity on your future career direction and goals. Our experienced and inspiring tutors will support and challenge you every step of the way.

Henleyโ€™s blended learning method combines workshops and independent studying with relevant and practical assignments that bring additional value to you and your organisation from day one of your studies.

Our EMBA programme is structured to allow you to continue working full-time while studying part-time. The programme runs for 21 months with the flexibility to extend to 27 months. Moreover, you will be able to take study breaks in case your situation requires it.

At Henley, we place great importance on building a community of peers that stretches beyond the length of the EMBA. Henley Business School has one of the largest alumni networks in Europe and overall, we have more than 80 000 alumni in over 175 countries.

In the latest rankings by the Economist, our EMBA was ranked in the top 10 in the Europe and no. 1 in Finland.

Join our upcoming Executive MBA information meeting to get a comprehensive overview of the content and benefits of the programme. You will also have a chance to meet one of our alumni who will tell about their experience of studying the Henley Executive MBA and ask any questions you might have concerning the studies.
