Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching - Henley Business School Finland

Webinar: Coaching information meeting

Coaching for business success in a complex world

Coaching has long been recognised as an effective vehicle to enhance leadership impact and achieve business success. Excellent coaching skills, self-awareness and the ability to reflect combined with an overall integrated leadership approach are the key ingredients for business success in an ever more complex environment.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching is the only coaching programme in Finland that has received accreditation from ACICFEMCC. It is also the only coaching programme in Finland offering a university-level coaching degree.

The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching will appeal to experienced managers, HR professionals and anyone who wishes to develop their coaching skills, either within their organisation or as an external provider.

Our tutor team are highly experienced, senior-level practising executive coaches, with strong grounding in both psychology and executive education. Their work in coaching practice and research feeds back into the coaching programmes at Henley.

All our coaching students become members of the Henley Centre for Coaching which is the only triple-accredited (ICF, AC and EMCC) university coaching centre in the world. As a member of the coaching centre, you will have access to an abundance of networking and CPD events, free webinars and coaching resources, including Henleyโ€™s National Coaching Resources Centre. In addition, members receive discounts on our coaching masterclasses and the annual Coaching Conference.

Join our coaching info meeting to receive detailed information about the programme and to discuss with one of our graduates!
