Join us on Tuesday, 6 October 2020 for our coaching webinar on ‘Building thought change’.
What is it about?
Is LEGO in coaching just another gimmick or does it really make a difference to the coaching conversation? This participative webinar will take a look at new research on the use of LEGO in a positive psychology framework in individual coaching.
What can you expect?
- How using physical objects in coaching makes it easier to externalise internal processes
- Opportunities for bringing playfulness into coaching
- How greater creativity breaks the normal patterns of thinking and work-based conversations for individuals and groups
- A fun exploration of LEGO in coaching.
(LEGO is not essential, but if you have some, bring it along).
Who should attend?
This webinar is for all who are interested in the potential of using LEGO in coaching; coaches for creativity, supervisors for reflection, HR and learning and development for changing thinking and conversations for both your teams and individual team members.
The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
