Henley Business School is bringing a world-class programme for board professionals and management team members to Finland!

The 2-day Boardroom Skills programme, delivered by Professor Andrew Kakabadse, will give you a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to become an effective board member and equip you with the skills and knowledge to create high-performing boards in global and complex environments.

During the programme, participants will work on real cases and benefit from Professor Kakabadseโ€™s extensive experience and knowledge of board behaviour globally providing them with additional insight into their own board scenarios.

The Boardroom Skills programme is for current board members, individuals who have ambitions of becoming a board professional, or who work with boards including management team members and company secretaries.
