Webinar 9.7.19: Change readiness - Henley Business School Finland

Webinar: Change readiness

The opportunities and implications

Change readiness concerns an organisationโ€™s preparedness to manage and thrive in an unpredictable environment. A change-ready organisation demonstrably practises organisational resilience, learning orientation and adaptability โ€“ all difficult concepts to enact.

This webinar will present findings and lessons learned from a three-year study undertaken by the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) and Cranfield, which compared the impact on change readiness of different mindfulness-based training interventions. The research was conducted in leadership development settings within UK defence: scenarios where mindfulness might be considered counter to the prevailing culture.

This webinar will be ideal for coaches; change and OD specialists; and leaders with a personal interest in change.

The fee for the webinar is ยฃ25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).

Join us in exploring what change readiness means for coaches and organisations: the opportunities and implications.
