Webinar: Towards a “coaching culture” – Is it even possible?

Organisations today often talk about creating a “coaching culture”, yet few – if any – actually get there. Learn about the stages of maturity in an organisation’s coaching approach, and what it really takes to master a coaching culture. Help your clients, or your organisation, further its quest towards maximising their investment in coaching with this insightful webinar.

This webinar is primarily aimed at organisational coaching programme managers, as well as internal and external coaches. It will also appeal to those in management or leadership positions with an interest in reaping the benefits of a coaching culture in their organisation.

The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
