A study of educational leaders
How many culture change initiatives fail? All the hard work and best intentions donโt seem to help build a sustainable behaviour change in the business or organisation. This webinar will share the findings of research into the experiences of UK school leaders who set out to develop a coaching culture into their school. This webinar will shed light on the experiences from the perspective of school leaders, and what they faced when introducing coaching initiatives. Weโll also share the recommendations that resulted from the study.
Who should attend?
The insights from this webinar will be relevant for anybody in a leadership role wanting to influence change, as well as coaches and coaching providers from any sector, not just those associated with education.
The fee for the webinar is ยฃ25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
