Introducing a coaching culture - Henley Business School Finland

Webinar: Introducing a coaching culture

A study of educational leaders

How many culture change initiatives fail? All the hard work and best intentions donโ€™t seem to help build a sustainable behaviour change in the business or organisation. This webinar will share the findings of research into the experiences of UK school leaders who set out to develop a coaching culture into their school. This webinar will shed light on the experiences from the perspective of school leaders, and what they faced when introducing coaching initiatives. Weโ€™ll also share the recommendations that resulted from the study.

Who should attend?

The insights from this webinar will be relevant for anybody in a leadership role wanting to influence change, as well as coaches and coaching providers from any sector, not just those associated with education.

The fee for the webinar is ยฃ25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
