Webinar: Executive coaching – An integrative approach

Clive Mann will profile the ‘integrative approach’ to executive coaching, which he brings to his client base of CEOs, senior leaders and rising stars at the executive coaching practice Ridler & Co.

He will describe how the approach helps his clients to build the connection between who they are and what they do. He will also explain how this benefits their careers and adds value for their organisations, by strengthening their leadership and enhancing the business results they deliver.

Clive will also outline how the integrative approach has evolved as a coaching methodology, combining the disciplines of business and psychology woven together with the distinctive fabric of psychological theories that underpin the approach.

This webinar will appeal to senior leaders, HR, and Learning & Development professionals and coaches who are interested in finding out how the integrative approach can help recipients of executive coaching to develop and strengthen their leadership.

The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
