Dreams, possibilities and sustained change
As a coach, how many of your clients focus on what they think they ought to be, rather than a vision of their ideal self?
During this session, you will learn how ‘coaching with compassion’ enables your clients to focus on their dreams and values, rather than on the demands made of them by others. This approach, known as coaching to the positive emotional attractor (PEA), leads to clients being neurologically and hormonally more open to new ideas, emotions and people.
In addition, you will also explore how developing a resonant client relationship allows you to access the PEA state yourself and is therefore not only key for achieving sustainable development in the client but also for your own ongoing renewal.
The fee for the webinar is £25 + VAT (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).
