The Integrated Leader โ From self-awareness to systemic leadership
The Integrated Leader programme is an opportunity for experienced business professionals with a curiosity for self- and system understanding to attain new depth in both professional and personal fields.
Only few leaders have the luxury of pressing โpauseโ in their busy lives to pay attention to their thoughts, and the assumptions that lie behind them. This programme will allow you to stop and think. It will give you the opportunity to devote time to reflection on values and beliefs, and give you space for sense-making.
Once you have a more full understanding of who you are and how you โtickโ, we will look at the environment you are operating in. The programme will give you a deep dive into systemic constellations that reveal the underlying dynamics and patterns that both limit and resource leaders, teams and whole organisations. Constellations are an extremely effective way to take a wide-angle lens view at organisational issues for a lasting resolution of complex challenges.
The programme is designed to catalyse fresh insights and information at an individual and organisational level โ insights that can be translated into tangible differences when taken back into the day-to-day working life of participants.
The Integrated Leader programme is partly conducted in Finland and partly in the UK.
During the information meeting, you will receive more detailed information about the programme and have the opportunity to discuss with one of our Alumni about his personal development experience with Henley.
