Minna will share the latest findings from KPMGโ€™s 2019 Global CEO Outlook and Future of HR 2020 Survey. She will reveal what the majority of CEOs believe to be the new currency of business and what HR Executives are most concerned about regarding the future of the HR function.

Annu will be presenting the results of her research where she interviewed C-suite executives in Finland about how they are experiencing and regulating their emotions, and talk about the importance of emotional awareness for leaders.

Professor Jonathan Passmore - Henley Business School Finland

Professor Jonathan Passmore
Jonathan is an internationally respected thought leader in coaching. He is listed in the Global Thinkers50 list and has won multiple areas for his research, writing and practice. Jonathan has written some thirty books and over 100 scientific articles, and he is the Director of the Henley Centre for Coaching at Henley Business School. Before joining Henley, Jonathan has held a number of senior leadership roles, working for PWC, IBM and OPM Consulting.

Minna Tuominen-Thuesen - KPMG - Henley Business School Finland

Minna Tuominen-Thuesen

Minna is a Partner at KPMG Finland. She is responsible for the Government sector at KPMG Finland and is as well leading the Sustainable and Change practice. Minna has extensive experience working with both the private and public sector concerning financial and administrative issues, structural changes, leadership issues and change management.

Anna Matula - Managing Director - Henley Business School Finland

Annu Matula
Annu has a strong passion for leadership development. She has over 30 yearsโ€™ experience in management consulting, leadership training and executive education, and sheโ€™s specialised in career and executive coaching. During her career, Annu has designed and delivered various senior executive development, leadership and change. Since 2010, Annu is leading the operations of Henley Business School in Finland. Annu holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
