Coaching Webinar – Schema Coaching: Transforming Your Work with Challenging Clients

Have you ever felt lost and helpless when faced with clients you donโ€™t understand or those who are aggressive and critical of you? Do you have clients who are micro-managers with perfectionistic tendencies? Or those who seem self-aggrandising? How can you help someone who lacks confidence and assertiveness?

Schema work helps you deeply understand your clients and, more importantly, tailor your coaching sessions to create long-lasting transformations.

We will discuss transference, the 18 schemas, schema modes, and the idea of core needs. Finally, you will be given strategies and exercises that you can start using with your clients immediately.

Who Should Attend?

This is for anyone who wants to deepen their coaching work with an evidence-based psychological model and practical strategies. In particular, coaches who are interested in helping clients to eradicate problems at their roots.

The fee for the webinar is ยฃ30 (incl. VAT) (10% discount for Henley alumni; free for Coaching Centre members).

Accreditations

By attending this event live, you will receive 1 CCEU unit from the ICF and 1 CPD hour from the AC.
