Hannu-Matias Nurmi

Hannu-Matias Nurmi is leading Mercuri Urval’s team at the company’s headquarter in Stockholm. Besides his team leader role, Hannu-Matias is globally responsible for Mercuri Urvalโ€™s consultant employment ensuring that Mercuri Urval hires outstanding executive search consultants all over the world. Before his current role, he was leading the ICT & Digital Business team in Helsinki. Hannu-Matias is inspired by good leadership and successful people. His passion is improving the success of organisations through data-driven and analytical approach.

Jirimiko Oranen

Jirimiko Oranen, an award-winning communications and marketing strategist, is CEO & Partner at the reputation advisory T-Media Relations. Previously, he worked as Director of Marketing and Communications, Nordic Region, for Tata Consultancy Services, and as Director of the Finland Corporate Communications practice at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Jirimiko is a C-level advisor to leading international and Finnish clients from IT and technology to mechanical engineering and metals. His core areas of expertise include reputation, integrated marketing, and issues management.

The EMBA programme in general and the Personal Development module has been a great opportunity to constructively challenge my views and beliefs about myself. Iโ€™ve found myself increasingly disagreeing with some identity labels that I previously considered useful and accurate.
