– Exclusive to Henley Partnership members –
The digital revolution has been accelerated by the global pandemic as organisations harness technology and adapt to a virtual world. The way we work is being transformed, and this is creating a world of opportunity for those leaders willing and able to adapt.
So, how do you adapt? There is a new leadership blueprint rapidly emerging, and it’s not just about investing in the latest shiny tech toys or hiring the latest batch of Gen Y and Gen Z. The answer lies in leaders ‘humanising digital’ and designing experiences at work that are people-centred.
In the same way that we design customer experiences by mapping every touchpoint, leaders are taking that customer mindset and applying it to employees. How you communicate, how you collaborate, how you connect and ultimately how you lead, are all under the spotlight.
So-called soft skills have become power skills, as leaders come to terms with leading in a virtual world. In this online masterclass, we show you how to maximise your impact in a virtual world.
By the end of the event you will have:
- An understanding of the scale and pace of change which is affecting every industry
- An understanding of the new leadership blueprint
- An understanding of the forces reshaping the workplace, such as digital workplace and employee experience
- An appreciation of how to apply human-centred design at work
- Tips and techniques for how to harness your soft power skills to connect, collaborate, communicate and change in a digital world
“Fantastic. Well presented, left me wanting to know more. Took away some fantastic ideas that can be implemented daily.”THP attendee
Who should attend?
Our session is aimed at senior leaders who are looking to increase their digital intelligence – or DQ – and build the knowledge, skills and mindset they need to adapt to a world being transformed at an unprecedented pace.
The session will be run by Conrad Evans from EXnovo Consulting, a consultancy that specialises in using design thinking to create modern employee experiences. They have used this approach to help organisations develop new communications strategies, change management frameworks and leadership development programmes.
Conrad brings over 25 years’ experience in helping leaders put their people at the heart of change and digital transformation. He began his career as a BBC journalist before moving into corporate communications and change management. He has spent most of his career client-side and was the Group Head of Internal Communications for BP at the time of the Gulf of Mexico explosion.
