Who should attend?
Our session is aimed at senior leaders who are looking to increase their digital intelligence – or DQ – and build the knowledge, skills and mindset they need to adapt to a world being transformed at an unprecedented pace.
The session will be run by Conrad Evans from EXnovo Consulting, a consultancy that specialises in using design thinking to create modern employee experiences. They have used this approach to help organisations develop new communications strategies, change management frameworks and leadership development programmes.
Conrad brings over 25 years’ experience in helping leaders put their people at the heart of change and digital transformation. He began his career as a BBC journalist before moving into corporate communications and change management. He has spent most of his career client-side and was the Group Head of Internal Communications for BP at the time of the Gulf of Mexico explosion. He is passionate about helping leaders adapt to a digital world and now works closely with organisations such as TUI and Petronas.
