Online Masterclass - Design the Human Touch in a Digital World - Henley Business School Finland

Henley Partnership: Masterclass โ€“ Design the human touch in a digital world

So-called soft skills have become power skills, as leaders come to terms with leading in a virtual world. In this online masterclass, we show you how to maximise your impact in a virtual world.

– Exclusive to Henley Partnership members –

The digital revolution has been accelerated by the global pandemic as organisations harness technology and adapt to a virtual world. The way we work is being transformed, and this is creating a world of opportunity for those leaders willing and able to adapt.

So, how do you adapt? There is a new leadership blueprint rapidly emerging, and itโ€™s not just about investing in the latest shiny tech toys or hiring the latest batch of Gen Y and Gen Z. The answer lies in leaders โ€˜humanising digitalโ€™ and designing experiences at work that are people-centred.

In the same way that we design customer experiences by mapping every touchpoint, leaders are taking that customer mindset and applying it to employees. How you communicate, how you collaborate, how you connect and ultimately how you lead, are all under the spotlight.

So-called soft skills have become power skills, as leaders come to terms with leading in a virtual world. In this online masterclass, we show you how to maximise your impact in a virtual world.
