Henley Partnership: Webinar – The neuroscience of leadership

Who do you know that you would follow as a leader and trust to guide you well? And who do you know that you would never choose to follow? What is different about the response that they create in your brain and how do their brains work differently?

– Exclusive to Henley Partnership members –

Who do you know that you would follow as a leader and trust to guide you well? And who do you know that you would never choose to follow? What is different about the response that they create in your brain and how do their brains work differently? In this webinar, we will explore what it means to be a leader and how to be the sort of leader that people are willing to follow.

Neuroscience of leadership and followership.

We will also focus on what happens in the brains of followers when they are led by different types of leaders and therefore how to develop followership as a leader. Using the Primary Colours® model of leadership, we will also consider how the brain responds to different types of leadership tasks. Finally, there will be a chance to reflect on how you might change your leadership style to become a more effective leader.

“I loved Tricia Riddell’s webinar, which was so clear and relevant… This has catalysed my thinking about neuroscience … and I want to learn more. Would love more workshops with her.”
