Henley Partnership: Webinar – The Multiplier Effect

Your job as a leader is not to inspire people. Your job as a leader is to be inspired.

– Exclusive to Henley Partnership members –

The post-pandemic world means the old rules of leadership no longer apply. Indeed, ‘making it up as you go along’ might be the only viable leadership proposition.

There is pandemic pandemonium. Chaos is the order of the day. So where next?

You deserve a break. We believe leaders need to be challenged in an entertaining and humane way. If they can gain insight and chuckle at the same time, then learning becomes fun. If there was no bull, big words or psychobabble, even better. Enter, centre stage, Leadership: The Multiplier Effect, a workshop that gets you back on track.

It’s a rip-roaring tour through the essentials of leadership as it needs to be right now. Leadership: The Multiplier Effect is the antidote to leadership workshops. This webinar will debunk the leadership myths and set you up to succeed in this brave new world.

So chill, it’s only chaos. Here’s the plot spoiler. Your job as a leader is not to inspire people. Your job as a leader is to be inspired.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the event you will have:

  • Been introduced to a totally new angle on employee engagement

  • Experienced some serious breakthroughs in mind, thought and consciousness
  • Gained insights that will improve your leadership style

“This was absolutely the best presentation to close our Congress with. Andy’s delivery is priceless; he is truly one of the funniest people I have met and kept our international audience in stitches for 90 minutes. And yet amidst the humour, there was a plethora of pithy recommendations, challenging us to look at the way we view work, to live in the moment, and encouraging us to ‘choose to be positive’. Twitter went mad after his presentation, and never have so many people in so many countries put on their lucky pants the following Monday as a result!”

Quote about Dr Andy Cope

Who should attend?

All those in leadership at any level.
