The Henley Partnership - The Chimp Paradox: Getting the best out of yourself and others

Henley Partnership: Masterclass – The Chimp Paradox: Getting the best out of yourself and others

In this two-hour masterclass, you will build skills to support your own productivity and wellbeing, alongside successfully supporting and developing your team.

– Exclusive to Henley Partnership members –

The Chimp Model is a framework that sees the brain divided into three teams: the Chimp, the Human and the Computer. Understanding how these teams operate in the mind increases self-management and effectiveness when leading and working together.

What impact do you want to have on others?

When dealing with competing pressures it can be hard to meet the needs of your team alongside your own. Clarity, empathy and resilience are paramount skills for leaders and managers to influence the performance of others while maintaining their own focus.

In this two-hour online masterclass, you will build your skill to support your own productivity and wellbeing alongside successfully supporting and developing your team.
