Henley Partnership: Masterclass – Accelerating transformation

Why is it that 70% of business transformations over the last 40 years have failed? Essentially, because they haven’t aligned their business, their IT and their people.

– Exclusive to Henley Partnership members –

Why is it that 70% of business transformations over the last 40 years have failed? Essentially, because they haven’t aligned their business, their IT and their people.

To find out how to get that strategic alignment right from the off, join this interactive event with a strategist, a chief transformation officer and a business IT alignment specialist. They have done it, researched it and taught it to executives and consultants.

Prior to the session, we will ask you to take a short survey to discover the challenges that you are facing in your businesses.

During the online masterclass, the experts will discuss your challenges in relation to their strategic alignment research. They will then share novel, practical alignment frameworks addressing real-life challenges. You can pose questions throughout to be answered directly or in the final part of the session.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the event you will have:

  • understood why strategic business and IT alignment is an important precursor to enterprise transformation
  • reflected on your strategic alignment challenges in the context of recent research and community inputs
  • been introduced to innovative tools that can address your enterprise challenges and strengthen alignment

Who should attend?

You should attend this session if you would like to share experiences of your own transformations and are open to viewing these through a different lens. If you have a purely operational role, this event is unlikely to be of real benefit to you.

“In today’s disruptive world, the choice is transform or be transformed.”
